During your 3.5-year vocational training with us as an electronics technician for machine and drive technology, you’ll not only discover this drive in yourself, but also learn how to understand and control the drive technology in our mechatronic devices and systems. Reading winding diagrams, inserting coils according to the winding diagram, testing and, if necessary, maintaining electric motors and generators – all this and much more exciting hands-on experience awaits you. What also awaits you is our close-knit team, of course, which will be there to help you at all times during your training. In order to manufacture technologically exciting products for our customers, we need to have the right goods in the right place at the right time. And we also need you for that. During your 3.5-year vocational training with us as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will learn how to receive incoming goods; unpack them correctly; sort and store them; assemble, pack, and ship goods; create loading lists and loading plans; and conduct inventories. And, of course, you’ll also learn how to operate our forklift trucks and nimbly navigate them through our warehouses. Our logistics team is very much looking forward to welcoming new coworkers. In cooperation with the Hamburg University of Technology, you can earn a full-fledged Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (with a standard 6-semester period of study) in a cooperative education program at VINCORION. Your cooperative education program is divided into two lecture phases and two practical phases each year. During the practical phases, you will apply and consolidate the theoretical knowledge you gained during the lecture period and at the same time expand it through the knowledge of the coworkers on your team. Mechatronic solutions from VINCORION stand for safety. This is not only due to the mechatronic shell, but also to the built-in software and its application development. To give you the necessary confidence and expertise in software development methods and the combination of hardware and software development, participating in a cooperative education program at VINCORION in partnership with the Wedel University of Applied Sciences will allow you to earn a full-fledged Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (with a standard 7-semester period of study). Your cooperative education program is divided into 16 weeks of classroom study at the university and roughly 10 weeks of hands-on training with us, during which you can apply and consolidate the theoretical knowledge you have gained and at the same time expand it through the knowledge of the coworkers on your team.
