Kajetan von Mentzingen Joins VINCORION Management Team
Experienced leader from the aviation industry completes the technology company’s senior management team.
Since October 1, 2023, Kajetan von Mentzingen has enriched the company’s executive team as the new Managing Director Aviation. His expertise and leadership qualities perfectly complement the well-rehearsed team around the managing directors Dr. Stefan Stenzel and Dieter Holst. With its expanded senior management team, VINCORION now believes it is in the perfect position to embark on the next phase of its ambitious growth plans.

About the new managing director
Kajetan von Mentzingen began his career as a management consultant and held various management positions at the Airbus Group beginning in 2008. During his career at Airbus, the 49-year-old worked in both the Civil Aviation and the Helicopter divisions as well as in Defense and Space. After holding several positions in Germany, France, and Spain, he most recently acted as Global Head of Quality for Airbus Defense & Space in Munich. This is where he currently lives together with his wife and four children.
