After all, lasting trust – with customers, investors, and employees – can only be built through integrity and compliance.

We focus on prevention, education, and rigorous response – with clearly defined reporting channels, professional investigations, and transparent consequences.

Our anti-corruption policies are a core element of our compliance management system and reflect our responsibility toward customers, partners, and society. We are committed to transparency, prevention, and consistent enforcement – to ensure integrity and fairness in everything we do.

Clear Policy: Gifts and Invitations

Gifts and invitations are strictly prohibited if they exceed a symbolic or reasonable value or could create the impression that they are influencing business decisions. This rule applies not only to our employees, managers, and the Executive Board, but also to temporary staff – and, indirectly, to their family members and close associates.

We take an open approach to reports of misconduct. Through our whistleblowing system, violations can be reported confidentially and securely – whether or not you work for us. Whistleblowers acting in good faith are protected under our internal policies.
