VINCORION’s Whistleblowing System
Do you have knowledge or even just a suspicion of wrongdoing or violations of the law at VINCORION SE or any company within the VINCORION Group? Then please report it to our internal whistleblowing hotline. By doing so, you protect and support us all. Your information will be treated as strictly confidential and you can even remain anonymous if you wish. We discreetly and carefully follow up on all tips we receive.
Reports may concern misconduct by employees within our corporate group as well as by our suppliers and service providers. This includes, in particular, possible violations of laws or harmful practices such as corruption, bribery, fraud, other criminal offences, child labor, lack of occupational safety, exploitation, and discrimination.
VINCORION has engaged the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as an internal whistleblowing hotline provider for the purpose of receiving tips and establishing initial communications with whistleblowers. Whistleblowers can submit their tips via the WhistleFox® web form: WhistleFox (heuking.de)

Please describe the facts of the case as precisely as possible and provide the name of the company involved, the individuals involved, the time and place of the incident, and the names of any potential witnesses. If possible, also submit any documents that could serve as evidence such as photos, emails, etc. Whistleblowers will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of submitting a report.
